1 Purchase of a reception is required in order to host a ceremony at our location. We do not offer the option to host a ceremony only.
2 Ceremony fee includes seating and option to select outdoor or indoor ceremony site.
3 A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve a date.
4 Purchase of the two-day package is required to reserve a date in September or October.

Pricing Details
- Single-day rental price includes use of designated areas from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Two-day package price includes ceremony and use of designated areas on Friday from noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Purchase of the Two-Day Package is required to reserve a date in September or October.
Prices include:
- All-day access to barn and grounds
- All-day access to on-site bridal suite and guy lounge
- Tables and chairs (seating up to 300 people)
- Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
- Exterior and interior decorative lighting
- Outdoor spaces including fire pit and seating
- Event Security
- Event facilitators
- Event greeters
- Parking attendants
- Post-event cleaning service
- Vendors list (once contract is signed)
Prices do NOT include:
- 6% Pa. sales tax
- Required purchase of event-liability insurance
- Food
- Alcohol
